It’s Important To Be Screened For Postpartum Depression

① Baby Blues or Something More?
You may not know you’re depressed. You might think you feel the way all new moms do.

②Having Trouble Sleeping or Having No Energy To Do Simple Tasks?
Being tired is normal but being hopeless is not.

③See A Doctor
Go to your doctor or counselor right away. The earlier you seek treatment, the sooner you can start to feel like yourself again.
Not all those who wander are lost.

Treatment and recovery time vary, depending on the severity of your depression and your individual needs.
You won’t know how severe your depression is if you don’t get screened.
